First Look At New Year’s Eve Menus
Take a first look at Virgin Voyages’ exclusive New Year’s Eve menus, featuring gourmet dishes at all six restaurants, including Extra Virgin, Gunbae, and The Test Kitchen.
Virgin Voyages is ringing in 2025 with spectacular New Year’s Eve celebrations across select sailings. From December 28, 2024, to January 5, 2025, Sailors aboard Scarlet Lady, Valiant Lady, and Resilient Lady can enjoy exclusive food, live entertainment, specialty cocktails, and glamorous decor. These voyages feature exciting itineraries in the Caribbean and Southern Caribbean, offering unforgettable experiences like champagne toasts, live music, and stunning photo keepsakes, with Sailors encouraged to dress to impress as they celebrate the new year in style.

Extra Virgin
Extra Virgin offers a rich selection of dishes. Start with the white truffle risotto featuring chestnuts, micro celery, and parmesan, followed by black truffle stuffed quail served with red lentils, cotechino sausage, and roasted garlic jus. For dessert, enjoy a warm lemon cake paired with mascarpone, basil sorbet, and fresh berries.
Gunbae
At Gunbae, you can begin with tteokguk, a hearty dish of sliced rice cake, beet brisket, nori, scallion, and egg. For dessert, treat yourself to ddung caron, featuring yuzu whipped ganache and caramel, adding a delightful sweet finish.
Razzle Dazzle
Razzle Dazzle’s menu features a crab cake starter with castelvetrano olives, piquillo peppers, and romesco sauce. The main course is a bacon-wrapped pork loin, served with braised collards, black-eyed peas, rice, pea shoots, and apple cider jus. For dessert, indulge in a baked chocolate gateau with dulce de leche ice cream and caramelized cocoa nibs.
Note: It’s unclear if this will be offered at Lucky Lotus on Scarlet Lady.
Pink Agave
At Pink Agave, start with a huitlacoche empanada, made with ancho chili, Oaxaca cheese, grilled corn, pickled onion, and salsa verde. For a large plate, savor the black cod Bacalao a la Vizcaína, which includes salt cod cake, manzanilla olives, roasted tomato, and micro cilantro. Finish with a chocolate cheesecake topped with cinnamon espresso jelly and sesame crunch.
The Test Kitchen
The Test Kitchen offers unique and creative dishes like carrot vadouvan, tuna miso, and eggplant nori for vegetarians. Main courses include sole with scallop, ribeye cap, and gnocchi with squash. For dessert, enjoy pineapple with coconut or coconut with berries, showcasing fresh, bold flavors.
The Wake
The Wake begins with jamon iberico wrapped duck confit terrine, accompanied by fig chutney, leek, nasturtium, and grilled sourdough. For the main, enjoy pan-roasted halibut served with black lentils, pea shoots, cauliflower, and saffron mussel sauce. For dessert, the raspberry mousse with meringue, blackberry, and creme anglaise offers a refreshing finish.
