Check Your Virgin Voyages Cabin

Embarking on a cruise with Virgin Voyages is an exciting experience, and knowing your cabin details beforehand can make your journey even smoother. Step 1: Understanding Your Cabin Assignment

You will be assigned a random cabin based on the cabin level you have selected.

  • For Lock-In Rate Bookings: If you’ve chosen a lock-in rate, your cabin number is assigned immediately. You can contact Virgin Voyages’ sailor services to find out your cabin number. Remember, these assignments may change up until you board the ship.
  • For Guaranteed Cabin Bookings: If you’ve booked a guaranteed cabin, your cabin number will be confirmed approximately a week before your voyage starts. You will get an email with the details but it will also show in the Virgin Voyages app.

Step 2: Visit the VV Insider Cabin Look-Up Tool

Step 3: Enter Your Cabin Number

  • Input Details: Once on the VV Insider Cabin Page, enter your assigned cabin number in the cabin look-up tool.

Step 4: Review Your Cabin Details

  • Check for Special Features: Find out if your cabin has specific features, such as a different type of balcony.
  • Understand the Location: Learn whether your cabin is situated near potential noise sources, like restaurants or late-night venues.

VV Insider keeps a note of the following positive points of each cabin:

  • whether the cabin has extra space
  • whether it has a larger balcony
  • is close to the elevators/lifts
  • is near the pools

We also keep a track of any drawbacks we’ve noticed for each cabin:

  • it has a metal balcony instead of glass
  • is close to noisy operations
  • is close to noisy venues
  • does not have a red hammock on the balcony (it will have a red hanging rattan chair instead)
  • near busy corridors
  • far away from the lifts/elevators

Step 5: Make Informed Decisions

  • Be Prepared: Knowing these details helps you pack and plan accordingly.
  • Consider Adjustments: If your cabin has features that don’t meet your preferences, contact Virgin Voyages or the travel agent you have booked with for possible changes.
