The Chart Table
The Chart Table (formerly The Chart Room) is a central service hub on Virgin Voyages cruise ships serving multiple purposes throughout your voyage.
Central Location
You can’t miss The Chart Table, located at the top of The Roundabout. It’s a large, red plastic table that stands out. Also at this location is a detailed scale model of the ship. Protected under a glass case, the model provides a visual representation of the cruise ship’s layout and design.
Embarkation Day
Often the first port of call for sailors upon embarking, this location is where sailors can book excursions, activities and spa treatments during the first 4 hours of your voyage.
Shore Things Hub
On days when the ship docks at ports, The Chart Table often serves as a meeting point for guests and during sea days those who want to book or have questions about Shore Things (shore excursions) can find the team located here.
Pop-Up Events
In addition to being a service hub, The Chart Table hosts various pop-up events:
Glam Station Motivation
One recurring event is the ‘Glam Station Motivation’, which provides guests the opportunity to embellish their faces with glitter and jewels in preparation for the evening’s parties. This event is hosted by The Happenings Cast.

Scarlet Night
During the much-anticipated Scarlet Night, The Chart Table invites sailors to contribute their ‘missed connections’ to a communal sailor’s net. These anonymous contributions are part of the collective memory and shared experiences that are central to each voyage.
Overview
The Chart Table serves multiple functions on Virgin Voyages cruise ships. It’s not only a place where sailors can seek assistance and gather information but also a venue that hosts unique events throughout the voyage.
