Well-Being Season is officially here. As of January 2nd, Virgin Voyages has kicked off its fleetwide wellness focused programming for January 2026, designed to help sailors reset, recharge, and relax at sea.
Running across the full month of January, Well Being Season brings extra fitness classes, wellness workshops, spa focused experiences, and healthier dining options to every January sailing. If you are cruising this month, you are already part of it.
What Well Being Season Means for January Sailings
Unlike limited theme cruises, Well Being Season applies to all January voyages. Wellness programming is layered on top of Virgin Voyages’ usual fitness, spa, and dining offerings, giving sailors more ways to focus on personal wellbeing without changing how they cruise.
Complimentary Expanded Group Fitness Classes
January sailings feature expanded group fitness programming, including yoga, HIIT and spinning sessions, posture training, and mindfulness workshops. Classes are designed for a wide range of ability levels and are led by trained instructors.

Healthy and Flexible Dining Options
Menus across the ship highlight nutrient rich meals, with a focus on vegetarian and gluten free dishes. Whether sailors are easing into new routines or simply eating a little cleaner, there are plenty of options available.
