Virgin Voyages’ “Reasons to Fall in Love” Campaign Kicks Off

With Valentine’s Day approaching, Virgin Voyages has launched its Reasons to Fall in Love campaign, highlighting five reasons to appreciate their unique take on cruising. This week, they’re focusing on what makes their voyages stand out—whether it’s the dining, the atmosphere, or the way they bring people together.

Valentines Voyages Underway

Right now, the Valentine’s-themed cruises are already underway, with Scarlet Lady and Resilient Lady celebrating at sea. Valiant Lady is set to sail on Friday, rounding out the trio of ships offering festive touches for the occasion. Those onboard have already been enjoying special menus, and a little extra red flair across the ship.

Five Days, Five Reasons

This campaign also seems to be leading up to the announcement of new itineraries for Winter 2026 later this week, which we’ve revealed today. Expect new voyages on Friday with a focus on the Caribbean, North America & Transatlantic.

Each day a new reason will be revealed on the official Virgin Voyages AHOY! Blog. Virgin Voyages promised “epic announcements this week” on their Instagram yesterday.

Reason #1: Celebrating with a Group

The first focus of the campaign is how Virgin Voyages makes group travel easier—whether it’s a milestone birthday, a reunion, or just an excuse to sail with friends. They’ve recently updated their groups program, offering perks for bookings of eight or more cabins.

Reason #2: New Menus at Gunbae & Extra Virgin

Reason #3: New and Recent Entertainment

Scarlet Lady’s recent refresh introduced new suites, VIP poolside cabanas, and a striking new mermaid, along with two unique shows in the ship’s multi-use theater. One transports guests back to New Year’s Eve 1999 with an interactive Y2K party, while “It’s a Rock Show-ke” turns up the energy with a concert-style experience where the crowd sings along to “We Didn’t Start the Fire” and other 80s and 90s hits with a live band.

Brilliant Lady, the fourth and final ship in the current Virgin Voyages fleet, is set to debut in September with several immersive new productions. One highlight is a show inspired by Virgin Records’ five-decade history, celebrating its music, entrepreneurial drive, and rebellious spirit. In March, Virgin Voyages will reveal additional entertainment planned for Brilliant Lady’s inaugural North American season.

Reason #4: Jack Whitehall Headlines Comedy Fest UK

Virgin Voyages is bringing back Comedy Fest after last year’s UK success, with Jack Whitehall headlining the six-night sailing from Portsmouth on August 30. Known for his hit Netflix series and roles in Jungle Cruise and The BRIT Awards, Whitehall will bring his sharp humor to the stage.

New for 2025, a US-based Comedy Festival sets sail from Miami on August 10. This five-night voyage to Bimini and Costa Maya features a standout lineup of top comedians.
