The ’A’ in the cabin number means it is on the port side of the ship (left of the ship if you’re looking straight forward). This can sometimes be important if you’re doing a repositioning voyage like a Transatlantic crossing as it will determine if you will have the sunshine or not.

About Cabin Category ‘XL Sea Terrace’

Designed for guests seeking extra space, the Sea Terrace XL offers an expanded living area, about 30% more than the standard terraces. It includes a spacious bathroom with separate chambers for the toilet and rainshower for additional privacy. The double vanity and extra storage cater to the needs of guests who prefer more room for their personal belongings. Of note some of these cabins may not include the iconic hammock and have metal balconies due to their proximity to the front or rear of the ship.

This cabin is really noisy from the red room with bass below but does have quite a bigger balcony !

    1. Katy says:

Hi Rob, what was the view like for this room? I note that it is only one room away from the Limited View rooms.
So I’m assuming that if I look to the left from the balcony, I’ll have lifeboats and the huge mechanisms in the way, is that right? How did you find it?

      1. Robert Sammons says:

Hi Katy, I can’t say I particularly noticed, because the balcony is long the view point is further out. The limited views essentially see the top of the lifeboats or infrastructure, as this is closer to the infrastructure side it’s not going to be as bad.
