Bad Points About Cabin 9374Z

  • con Balcony railing is metal instead of glass

This cabin has a full or partial metal balcony that will restrict your view of the sea. Some prefer this type of balcony versus the standard clear balcony as it offers a little more privacy while in port

  • con Does not have a balcony hammock

Unlike other cabins in this category, the balcony for this cabin doesn't have a hammock - this is normally because it's in a part of the ship that means it cannot be installed.

Although you don’t have one of the famous red hammocks. The vast majority of these cabins feature a hanging egg chair that is bolted to the deck instead.

  • con Walk to elevators / lifts

This cabin is farther from the elevators and lifts than others, so it might take a bit longer to reach the onboard venues. However, Virgin Voyages ships are not as large as some other cruise ships.

Cabin 9374Z Location

View Deck 9 Plan

The ’Z’ in the cabin number means it is on the starboard side of the ship (right of the ship if you’re looking straight forward). This can sometimes be important if you’re doing a repositioning voyage like a Transatlantic crossing as it will determine if you will have the sunshine or not.

About Cabin Category ‘Limited View Sea Terrace’

Located near the lower deck activities, the Limited View Sea Terrace provides a good balance of price and balcony space. While the cabin will typically have a partially obstructed view due to lifeboats or mechanical equipment, its proximity to lower deck activities makes it a practical option for guests who want easy access to onboard entertainment. This cabin has all the same modern features as a standard Sea Terrace.

Sailor Comment: Slept one night, heard neighbors flushing toilets. And room feels smaller due to fore location and therefore in an actual corner. (It was a ‘security’ cabin because I had problems with my original at night.)
