Virgin Voyages has announced a new, exclusive sailing for First Mates (travel agents) taking place at the end of this month. Called the Ultimate First Mate Appreciation Voyage, this three-night cruise aboard Valiant Lady will sail from Miami between May 29 and June 1, 2025.

This special sailing appears to replace the previously scheduled Drag Stars at Sea voyage, which now seems to have been cancelled. Although some tickets are still listing tickets, the charter has reportedly been returned to Virgin Voyages.

• The sailing is only open to First Mates (travel advisors)
• It is not a free sailing – pricing has not yet been confirmed
• It is part of Virgin Voyages’ wider First Mate Appreciation Month
• The voyage is being promoted as a way to experience the brand while connecting with fellow advisors

Cruise Itinerary

Here’s what to expect during the voyage:

• Thursday, May 29 – Depart Miami
• Friday, May 30 – Bimini, Bahamas (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
• Saturday, May 31 – Day at Sea
• Sunday, June 1 – Return to Miami
