New Atlantis Charters on Virgin Voyages for 2025
Virgin Voyages will host two all-gay Atlantis Events charter cruises in 2025, featuring Mediterranean and Greek Isles itineraries, inclusive dining, entertainment, and themed events.
Virgin Voyages is once again collaborating with Atlantis Events to host two exciting all-gay charter cruises in 2025. These special sailings, aboard Scarlet Lady and Resilient Lady, are designed for LGBTQ travelers looking for a vibrant and inclusive vacation experience. Each journey will offer a mix of relaxation, adventure, and community, with plenty of entertainment both onboard and in the stunning destinations.
What is a Charter Cruise?
A charter cruise means that an entire ship is reserved by one organization or group — in this case, Atlantis Events. Everything from entertainment to themed parties is tailored for the guests, offering a unique and carefree experience at sea.
Scarlet Lady: Barcelona to Lisbon (July 13–22, 2025)
This 9-night cruise departs from Barcelona and sails through the Mediterranean and Atlantic, stopping at iconic cities along the way. The itinerary includes:
- Marseille: A gateway to Provence, with stunning coastal views
- Ibiza: An overnight stop to experience both the island’s famous nightlife and daytime beauty
- Valencia, Malaga, and Seville: Spanish cities filled with culture and history
- Lisbon: The cruise finishes with a full day in Portugal’s vibrant capital
Resilient Lady: Greek Isles & Turkey (August 21–31, 2025)
This 10-night cruise takes you through the Greek Isles and Turkey, with tentative stops in:
- Athens, Mykonos, Santorini, Rhodes, and Crete: Famous for their ancient ruins and stunning beaches
- Kusadasi (Ephesus): An iconic historical site in Turkey
- Istanbul: With an overnight stay to explore this culturally rich city
