Spend your sea day competing in the lively Blackjack tournament, Tournamentys: The One with Blackjack, hosted in Virgin Voyages’ onboard Casino. This high-stakes event is all about strategy and fun, giving Sailors the chance to face off against each other with the hopes of winning extra shoreside-spending cash.
Event Details & Pricing
Tournamentys: The One with Blackjack is hosted by the Casino Event Manager on Virgin Voyages. Sailors can join for a nominal fee of $25 per person. Please note, Bar Tab cannot be used for this event, though Sailor Loot may be applied if available. The tournament typically lasts around 45 minutes, depending on how far you advance in the game. This event is available only on sea days during longer voyages.
What to Expect
Each participant will receive an equal number of chips (typically “$500” worth of chips) to start the game. Unlike traditional casino Blackjack, this tournament pits players against each other instead of the house, bringing a social and competitive twist to the experience. As the game progresses, you’ll need a mix of strategy and luck to maximize your winnings over seven hands. Virgin Voyages will take a small portion of the proceeds, but the rest of the pot is divided among the top three players, with the highest shares awarded to the top two players.
