Balance Studio
Balance Studio is a dedicated space within B-Complex Build + Balance on Virgin Voyages ships. It is where many of the ship’s yoga, stretching, and bungee-based classes take place, offering a more structured environment for guided sessions.
Yoga and Wellness Classes
Balance Studio is commonly used for yoga and low-impact fitness classes that focus on flexibility, balance, and recovery. These sessions are designed to help sailors slow down, stretch out, and reset during their time onboard.
Bungee Fitness
The studio is also home to the On-the-Upswing Bungee class. This uses a harness and bungee system to support movement, allowing for a mix of strength, cardio, and controlled resistance training. It is one of the more unique fitness options available onboard.

Instructor-Led Sessions
Classes in Balance Studio are led by onboard fitness instructors and are typically scheduled throughout the voyage. Spaces can be limited, so it is worth booking early once onboard if there is a specific class you want to attend.
A Dedicated Class Space
Unlike the open gym areas, Balance Studio is set up specifically for group classes and guided sessions. It provides a more focused environment for structured workouts within the wider B-Complex fitness area.
