Itineraries Until Late 2027/Early 2028
This updated deployment schedule confirms that Brilliant Lady will continue to operate her North American routes with sailings through the Panama Canal and Alaska. The 2027 Alaska season will run until September and follows on from the ship’s upcoming debut in the region in 2026. Voyages are expected to sail roundtrip from either Seattle or Vancouver.
The third Panama Canal itinerary will also likely take place around March 2027. Virgin Voyages will sail for the first time through the Panama Canal in March 2026.
European sailings for 2027 will open in August 2025, covering the usual spring to autumn period. These are likely to include roundtrip Mediterranean itineraries and a selection of repositioning voyages.
Caribbean voyages remain at the core of Virgin’s schedule. The seasonal and short Caribbean itineraries between October 2027 and April 2028 will open in early 2026, offering both roundtrip and repositioning options from Miami and San Juan.

No Australia in 2027?
Once again, Australia is absent from Virgin’s deployment plans as we predicted. After the brand’s short-lived entry into the region in 2023, there has been ongoing speculation about a return. This latest rumor from Australian YouTubers suggests that any future Australia season is now being considered for 2028 or beyond however anything can happen between now and the deployment dates. The earliest theoretical period based on the above deployment schedule is November 2027.

This forward-looking schedule offers a clearer view of Virgin Voyages’ global plans, with a strong focus on the Caribbean, return visits to Alaska and the Panama Canal, and continued European options.
