Valiant Lady’s Sixth Happenings Cast In Rehearsal For 22 October Debut
The new Happenings Cast take over on Valiant Lady from 22 October 2023 in time for the transatlantic voyage on 29 October 2023. We have listed the names and social profiles for each member to get to know them before you sail.
What is The Happenings Cast?
The Happenings Cast are Virgin Voyages’s answer to the role of the traditional Cruise Director you would find on board traditional cruise lines. Instead of a single individual the role is carried out by 12 unique and vibrant cast members, each bringing their own personality and experiences.
The Happenings Cast are there to make your vacation as entertaining and engaging as possible.
A Fond Farewell to Cast Five
The new cast are taking over from an esteemed group; the fifth Valiant Lady Happenings Cast include some familiar faces if you have sailed with Virgin Voyages in the past. Stephen the Hype, Patrick the Balancer, Gila the Diva and Hannah the Hostess to name a few. They will be handing over the spotlight to the new cast beginning 22 October 2023 on the 7 night Irresistible Med sailing and will finish Mid March 2024.
Meet the New Cast
Some familiar faces are returning from the inaugural sailing of Resilient Lady from Athens, Greece in May and a couple of cast members from Scarlet Lady Happenings Cast 6. Others are new to the Virgin Voyages brand and ready to make some waves for sailors starting in Barcelona later this month.
Voyage Hosts
Edel: The Hostess (Replacing Hannah)
Joining Virgin Voyages for the first time as The Hostess, Edel is an accomplished vocalist from Malta.
A Woman Named Carlös: The Diva (Replacing Gila)
Many of her fellow Scarlet Lady Happenings Cast 6 colleagues have joined Honey Heart The Diva on board Resilient Lady but A Woman Named Carlös is bringing her unique drag artistry on board Valiant Lady with cast number six.
Aficionados
Sean: The Gamer (Replacing Max)
Along with A Woman Named Carlös, Sean is returning to the Virgin Voyages brand from his last contract on board Scarlet Lady as part of Happenings Cast 6.
Andy: The Charmer (Replacing Ryan)
One of the original Virgin Voyages Charmer’s (Virgin Voyages’ resident magicians and illusionists) Andy re-joins the brand having recently left Resilient Lady after her inaugural season.
Simon: The Foodie (Replacing Faith)
Simon is making his Virgin Voyages debut on board Valiant Lady having previously worked for Disney.
Verena: The Artist (Replacing Cameron)
Returning alongside her Resilient Lady cast one colleagues, Verena is bringing her unique artistry and sunny personality to the Mediterranean later this month.
Steven: The Balancer (Replacing Patrick)
Steven joins Valiant Lady as The Balancer – expert in detox and ‘re-tox’, Steven will be guiding some of the fitness and wellbeing activities on board.
Influencers and Dancers
Cris: The Spark (Replacing Rachel)
Returning for his second contract with Virgin Voyages, Cris was last on Valiant Lady earlier this year.
Pip: The Flare (Replacing Jennifer)
Pip returns to a role she knows well; having worked with the brand on other ships in the fleet and having helped launch Resilient Lady with her inaugural cast earlier this year.
Maddie: The Glow (Replacing Kris)
Maddie makes a Virgin Voyages debut on Valiant Lady this October, bringing dance moves to get the party started with high energy and fun.
Brandon: The Hype (Replacing Stephen)
Another Virgin Voyages debut; Brandon is making waves as The Hype later this month.
Katrina: The Bounce (Replacing Dwight)
Fan favorite Katrina has returned as The Bounce for this cast. (Previously Alejandro: The Bounce during November/December)
A Cast Ready to Take Valiant Lady Stateside
As the season in the Mediterranean wraps up as the winter months approach this cast will be on board for the upcoming transatlantic sailing scheduled for 29 October.
