Virgin Voyages Announces Itineraries For 2024 Season

After a week of rumours and speculation, Virgin Voyages® have announced the itineraries for the 2024/2025 season. This sees a return to the Caribbean and Mediterranean but also adds new sailings to Northern Europe including the UK, Amsterdam, Norway and Iceland.

We have now compiled an easy-to-understand list of sailings that were announced today.


In a highly-anticipated announcement conveyed to Virgin Voyages’ dedicated cadre of ‘First Mates’ — the term the company reserves for its premier travel agents — the comprehensive itinerary for the 2024 cruise seasons has been unveiled. This strategic communication paints a vivid image of the adventurous voyages that await prospective travelers in the next couple of years. With the delay of Brilliant Lady the 3 lady ships will take over some of the anticipated offerings for Brilliant.

Scarlet Lady

With Scarlet due to enter dry dock next year some unique itineraries are available:

Mediterranean (May – October 2024)

  • Irresistible Med
    • Duration: 7 nights
  • French Daze and Ibiza Nights
    • Duration: 7 nights

Repositioning and Transatlantic Voyages (Date to be announced)

  • From Barcelona to Civitavecchia
    • Duration: 11 nights
    • Stops: Mallorca, Corsica, Sardinia
  • From Rome to Miami
    • After a short dry dock period in Civitavecchia for general maintenance
    • Duration: 16 nights

Valiant Lady

With Scarlet Lady heading into dry dock next year, sister ship Valiant will trade places starting in April 2024. Departing from Miami, Valiant will continue to offer Scarlet’s four- and five-night Caribbean rotations.

San Juan (January – March 2024)

  • The Southeastern Caribbean Isles
    • Initially scheduled for Brilliant Lady
  • Sunsets in the Lesser Antilles
    • Initially scheduled for Brilliant Lady

Miami (Starting April 2024)

  • Scarlet’s Caribbean Rotations
    • Taking over itineraries previously offered by Scarlet Lady
    • Duration: 4 and 5 nights

Resilient Lady
