Virgin Voyages has revealed a completely refreshed food menu coming to The Beach Club at Bimini, with a new selection inspired by the flavors, traditions and food memories of The Bahamas and Caribbean.

The menu has been developed by Virgin Voyages’ culinary team, including Senior Director of Culinary Experience and Development Levi Mezick and Chef Rashida Holmes.

The refreshed menu does not appear to have rolled out just yet, and an exact launch date has not been announced. A full PDF menu has also not been released, but Virgin Voyages has now shared a first look at several of the new dishes.

Recipes With a Personal Connection

Several dishes are inspired by Chef Rashida Holmes’ Caribbean heritage and the food she grew up with.

The curry chicken, for example, takes inspiration from a family recipe. The patties and other dishes also draw on familiar Caribbean flavors and food memories.

That personal connection is a key part of the refresh, with the team focusing on the culture behind the dishes as well as the food itself.

A Notable Change From the Current Beach Eats Menu

The change is particularly interesting because the current Beach Eats menu is already popular with sailors.

It currently includes favorites such as lechón asado, grilled honey jerk chicken, red snapper and mango ceviche, West Indian pumpkin curry, Caribbean rice and black beans, and rum cake.

Rather than changing just a handful of dishes, Virgin Voyages appears to be replacing the lineup with a newly developed menu while keeping Caribbean flavors at its center.

Bimini Continues to Be a Big Part of Virgin Voyages

The new menu will eventually be relevant to sailors across the Virgin Voyages fleet. All four ships are set to visit Bimini during 2026.

That even includes Valiant Lady, which is due to make a stop at Bimini before setting sail toward San Juan later this year.

The Beach Club remains one of Virgin Voyages’ signature Caribbean experiences, so a full menu refresh will be noticeable to both first-time visitors and returning sailors.

When Is the New Bimini Menu Launching?

Virgin Voyages has not yet confirmed when the refreshed menu will begin being served at The Beach Club at Bimini.

For now, sailors should not assume the new dishes will be available during an upcoming visit. We also do not yet have a complete PDF menu showing every dish, description and dietary marker.

We will update our Beach Club at Bimini guide once the new menu is confirmed as available and more details are released.
