First Look: Ariya by Razzle Dazzle’s New Food in Pictures
Get a first look at Ariya by Razzle Dazzle’s Indian-inspired dishes in pictures, now appearing on Valiant Lady following dry dock.
A couple of weeks ago, we revealed the first brunch and dinner menus for Ariya by Razzle Dazzle, the new Indian-inspired restaurant debuting on Valiant Lady after dry dock. We can now share a first look at some of the food options guests can expect on board, thanks to our friends at @ourdriftscape on Instagram.

Starters
Goan Curried Mussels
Goan Curried Mussels are served with coconut-masala curry, grilled sourdough, and cilantro. The rich curry broth and bread pairing make this feel like a good dish to share around the table.

Puffed Rice Avocado Chaat
Puffed Rice Avocado Chaat combines crunchy bhel, mango, avocado, and tamarind-lime. This looks like one of Ariya’s fresher and lighter starters with plenty of texture.

Silky Whipped Paneer Dip
The Silky Whipped Paneer Dip is served with garlicky naan and pickled lime honey. It feels designed as an easy starter to order alongside drinks and share.

Chicken 65
Chicken 65 features crispy fried chicken bites, curry leaf, and habanero aioli. This is one of the more familiar comfort dishes on the menu with a spicy twist.

Malabar Coconut Crab Cake
The Malabar Coconut Crab Cake combines coconut spice with green papaya slaw. The lighter slaw balances the crisp crab cake and adds some freshness.

Sunchoke & Cauliflower Tandoori Kebab
Sunchoke & Cauliflower Tandoori Kebab is served with mint chutney, pickled red onion, and radish. The skewered cauliflower and bright chutney make this one of the more colorful plant-based starters on the menu.

Gol Guppa Shot
The Gol Guppa Shot features crisp pani puri and chilled spiced herb water. This playful bite is a classic Indian street food inspired starter.

Mains
Eggplant Saag Napoleon
Eggplant Saag Napoleon includes roasted spiced mushrooms, creamy spinach saag, and crisp papadum. It gives Ariya a substantial plant-based option without feeling like an afterthought.

Tandoori Shrimp Moilee
Tandoori Shrimp Moilee pairs roasted shrimp with creamy coconut curry and parmesan farina grits. The coconut curry and shrimp combination feels inspired by coastal Indian cooking.

Pistachio Crusted Snapper
The Pistachio Crusted Snapper is served with fenugreek potatoes and cool mint raita. The pistachio crust and mint pairing should bring plenty of contrast to the dish.

Tandoori Grilled Ribeye
The Tandoori Grilled Ribeye comes with mashed potatoes, chaat crispy onions, and vindaloo jus. It adds a steakhouse-style option to the menu while keeping Indian flavors front and center.

Desserts
Gulab Jamun Stuffed Cheesecake
This cheesecake is served with saffron-cardamom donut bites. Combining cheesecake with gulab jamun flavors gives Ariya a dessert that feels both familiar and distinctive.

Garam Masala Dark Chocolate Cake
The Garam Masala Dark Chocolate Cake combines fudgy chocolate cake, warm spices, and boondi crunch. The spice and texture pairing makes this one of the more interesting dessert options.

Kulfi Trio
The Kulfi Trio features saffron, rose, and pistachio flavors. This feels like a lighter way to finish dinner while still leaning into traditional Indian flavors.

Sticky Toffee Jackfruit Cake
Sticky Toffee Jackfruit Cake is served with brown butter pecan ice cream and jackfruit coulis. It feels like Ariya’s take on a rich pudding-style dessert with tropical notes.
