Ariya by Razzle Dazzle Brunch and Dinner Menus Revealed

Virgin Voyages has revealed the full Ariya by Razzle Dazzle brunch and dinner menus via the Virgin Voyages app ahead of Valiant Lady’s return next week.

Virgin Voyages has updated the Virgin Voyages official app with the first full look at the brunch and dinner menus for Ariya by Razzle Dazzle, the new Indian-inspired restaurant debuting on Valiant Lady following her dry dock next week. Thanks to one of our readers for sharing the updated official app menu with us.

The menus introduce a wide range of Indian-inspired flavors across brunch, dinner, cocktails, desserts, smoothies, and specialty drinks. At this time, no official photos of the cuisine have been released.

Brunch Highlights

Ariya by Razzle Dazzle’s brunch menu combines the classic brunch dishes from Razzle Dazzle with Indian-inspired flavors and spices.

Brunch Food Highlights

  • Naanzanella citrus salad with naan croutons and mango chutney
  • Sunchoke and cauliflower tandoori kebab with mint chutney
  • Eggplant saag napoleon with lemon curry rice
  • Malted buckwheat waffle with pistachios and cherry maple syrup

Brunch Drink Highlights

  • Ariya lassi in flavors including mango, rose and cardamom, and saffron honey
  • Masala Mary with tamarind and curried bloody mary mix
  • Chai Colada with coconut, pineapple, and masala cardamom

Dinner Highlights

The dinner menu leans further into regional Indian flavors, curries, tandoori dishes, biryanis, and spice-forward cocktails.

  • Gol guppa shot with pani puri and chilled herb water
  • Puffed rice avocado chaat with tamarind-lime
  • Silky whipped paneer dip with garlicky naan
  • Chicken 65 with curry leaf and habanero aioli

Entree Highlights

  • Lamb shank biryani with saffron basmati rice
  • Pistachio-crusted snapper with fenugreek potatoes
  • Tandoori shrimp moilee with creamy coconut curry
  • Tandoori grilled ribeye with vindaloo jus

  • Kulfi trio with saffron, rose, and pistachio

    I’m glad to see a few vegan options.

    Any idea why the eggplant saag napoleon is vegan at dinner but only vegetarian at brunch? I’m assuming one is labelled wrong, but which one? I hope this can be corrected before the restaurant opens.

    1. It’s likely a misprint, we’ll try to find out but would assume it’s vegan
