First Look: Pictures of 2026 Wake & Dock New Food Menus on Valiant Lady
First look with pictures at The Wake and The Dock’s new Valiant Lady menus, revealing 11 new additions, 10 removals and returning fan favorites.
Virgin Voyages has started rolling out its refreshed menus at The Wake and The Dock, and we now have a first look at what has changed. Sailors onboard Valiant Lady‘s August 27, 2026 departure have shared the new menus with VV Insider. This is the ship’s first sailing during the 2026 Eat & Drink Festival.
The new menus include several new dishes, replacements for long-running choices, and refreshed vegan and gluten-free options. Virgin Voyages previously said some dishes could vary between ships.
Importantly, these are permanent restaurant menu changes. They are not temporary Eat & Drink Festival menus.
What’s Changed at The Wake on Valiant Lady?
The Wake has received several significant changes across its dinner menu.
There are new starters, new seafood mains and a completely new vegan main. However, several of the restaurant’s best-known dishes remain.

Fan Favorites Remain at The Wake on Valiant Lady
Virgin Voyages has kept several of The Wake’s best-known dishes alongside the new additions.
The Salt-Baked Dorade remains, as Chef Levi indicated before the rollout. The core grill selection also remains, including Filet Mignon, New York Strip, Hanger Steak and New Zealand Lamb Chops.
So while there are several new dishes, the refreshed menu still retains some of The Wake’s most recognizable choices.
