If you’ve already booked or sailed with us, your Diamonds are already in progress. There’s nothing you need to do your balance will show in your account as “upcoming” until your voyage begins.

Once your cruise starts, your Diamonds become available and can be redeemed for onboard credit on a future sailing.

Log in to your VV Insider account to check your balance, view available gifts, and submit a redemption request. If you need help, we’re always happy to walk you through it simply email us via any previous correspondence.
