New Bar Tab Bonuses for 2024 on Virgin Voyages

Virgin Voyages has introduced new bonuses starting tomorrow July 17th for its pre-paid Bar Tab offers, making it easier and more affordable for Sailors to enjoy their favorite drinks on board. Whether you’re planning on drinking craft cocktails, fine wines, or refreshing non-alcoholic beverages, the updated Bar Tab options provide added value for every dollar spent.
New Bar Tab Options and Bonuses
Sailors can now pre-pay their Bar Tabs in increments of $200, $300, $500, $750, or $1000. Each increment comes with a bonus added by Virgin Voyages:
- $200 Bar Tab: Bonus $25 (12.5% extra)
- $300 Bar Tab: Bonus $50 (16.7% extra)
- $500 Bar Tab: Bonus $100 (20% extra) – NEW
- $750 Bar Tab: Bonus $175 (23.3% extra) – NEW
- $1000 Bar Tab: Bonus $250 (25% extra) – NEW
These new higher bonuses add significant value, allowing Sailors to enjoy more of their favorite drinks with additional bonuses, particularly handy for longer sailings. Of note the $100 Bar Tab with $10 Bonus appears to be no longer available as of July 17th.
Special Bonuses for Deep Blue Extras Members
As a reminder for eligible sailors with Deep Blue Extras, additional bonuses are available when purchasing a $300 Bar Tab only:
- Sea Blazers (those who sailed in 2021): Receive an extra $125 per Bar Tab purchased for life.
- Sea Rovers (those who sailed twice in 2022-2023): Receive an extra $100 per Bar Tab purchased until December 31, 2024.
