Virgin Voyages has refreshed the Razzle Dazzle brunch menu for Rojo by Razzle Dazzle. With a focus on selected new plates from the dinner menu and a removal of some favorites take a look at the highlights below.

The brunch menu carries a Spanish twist, with several dishes inspired by Rojo’s dinner offerings. Items like the jamón croquettes, roasted cauliflower Catalan, and calabaza asada bring familiar evening flavors to the daytime menu. This approach is similar to the changes made for Lucky Lotus by Razzle Dazzle, with light tweaks to suit brunch service.

New Arrivals at Brunch

  • Jamón croquettes with roasted garlic and porcini aioli.
  • Roasted cauliflower Catalan with golden raisins, capers, and lemon brown butter.
  • Calabaza asada roasted butternut squash with romesco, almonds, and zhug.
  • Churros on the dessert list with chocolate hazelnut fondue.
  • Additionally new drinks are available for purchase separately.

Doesn’t seem great in my opinion. They really needed to start from scratch, drop the weird “naughty” message and try better to offer decent breakfast items as well. Keeping the old dishes but adding a few ones from the dinner menu seems the worst of all.
