The Setting
Rojo features cozy seating, warm tones, and a design inspired by the communal dining culture of Spain. Smaller tables replace the usual long benches, creating a more intimate atmosphere that’s perfect for sharing plates, sipping wine, and enjoying good conversation.

Dinner at Rojo
In the evening, Rojo transforms into a vibrant dining space that celebrates Spanish cuisine through a selection of bold, sharable dishes. Co-chefs Justin Severino and Nate Hobart, known for their Pittsburgh restaurant Morcilla, bring a fresh approach to the menu with a focus on high-quality ingredients and contemporary interpretations of traditional recipes.

- Oxtail Montadito – Braised oxtail with caramelized onion, Mahón cheese, and crisp crostini
- Jamón Croquettes – Golden bites filled with savory ham and béchamel
- Grilled Octopus – Tender octopus served with paprika oil and confit potatoes
- Langosta De Maine Paella ($) – Upcharge Treat Yourself option with Maine Lobster and Uni Aioli.
- Churros with Chocolate – Classic churros served with rich dipping chocolate
