The ’Z’ in the cabin number means it is on the starboard side of the ship (right of the ship if you’re looking straight forward). This can sometimes be important if you’re doing a repositioning voyage like a Transatlantic crossing as it will determine if you will have the sunshine or not.

About Cabin Category ‘XL Sea Terrace’

Designed for guests seeking extra space, the Sea Terrace XL offers an expanded living area, about 30% more than the standard terraces. It includes a spacious bathroom with separate chambers for the toilet and rainshower for additional privacy. The double vanity and extra storage cater to the needs of guests who prefer more room for their personal belongings. Of note some of these cabins may not include the iconic hammock and have metal balconies due to their proximity to the front or rear of the ship.

  1. Rob Sammons says:

Comment from sailor: “The cabin is lovely. The only thing I didn’t like was where the desk is located.”

  2. Jon says:

This room needs remoddelling. The desk overhangs the bed so it is not actually possible to move round the room.

  3. Cindy Sea says:

I stayed in this room just a few weeks ago. You do get a little bit of noise from the door going to the bridge and security office across from the door. The biggest downfall on this room is the bed when it is set-up as a queen. It is very difficult to get to the balcony door. The foot of the bed hits the table. I am not sure if the room is a little more narrow and that is the cause. It is something to note.

    1. Catherine Miles says:

My sister booked that room for a future cruise, is it much tighter than any other Sea Terraces? Do you have any photos? Thanks!

      1. Joseph Franzese says:

How was the room is it as it was stated in the prior comment?
