Has an iconic red hammock
Cabin 9242A has an iconic red hammock on the balcony. This is a great place to relax and enjoy the view.
Has a glass balcony
Cabin 9242A’s balcony railings are made of glass. As opposed to some cabins closer to the edges of the deck plan that have steel railings. This glass railing allows for a better view of the ocean when sitting down.
Bad Points
Farther from elevators / lifts
This cabin is farther from the elevators and lifts than others, so it might take a bit longer to reach the onboard venues. However, Virgin Voyages ships are not as large as some other cruise ships.

The 'A' in the cabin number means it is on the port side of the ship (left of the ship if you're looking straight forward). This can sometimes be important if you're doing a repositioning voyage like a Transatlantic crossing as it will determine if you will have the sunshine or not.

Inside, you will find the same adjustable mood lighting, flexible wardrobe space, smart storage, and the signature terrace with a hammock. The bathroom and overall setup are exactly the same as any other Sea Terrace. Its central location means you are never far from restaurants, bars, and entertainment, while still having your own private outdoor space to
