Drink Price Increases
After reviewing the recently published Drink & Bar Menus, we’ve found that the average alcohol prices have risen by a few dollars. Consequently, we’ve promptly updated our Bar Tab Calculator to incorporate these adjustments, ensuring that you receive the best savings on your Bar Tabs.
The recent adjustments in average beverage prices aboard indicate notable changes in average pricing:
- Glass of Wine: Increased from $8.00 to $9.00.
- Beer: Increased from $6.50 to $8.00.
- Cocktail: Increased from $13.00 to $14.00.
- Specialty Soft Drink: Increased from $5.50 to $6.00.
Ship Eats Price Increases
Ship Eats (Room Service) recently raised its prices mid-voyage aboard Valiant Lady, and this adjustment likely applies across the entire fleet. Previously set at $7, the delivery fee has now surged to $10, indicating a 40% increase. It’s worth noting that with Ship Eats, opting for a premium beverage purchase for delivery will consistently be a more economical choice compared to the delivery charge alone. This price hike seems designed to catch unsuspecting sailors off guard.
Two Divas Returning
Our comprehensive Happenings Cast articles, spotlighting the members of Scarlet Lady Cast 9 and Resilient Lady Cast 4 for the rest of the year, will be available in a few weeks time.
However, we’re excited to say that two exceptional divas will be making a return to the ships: Gila Moonstar will be back on Resilient Lady, while A Woman Named Carlos will grace Scarlet Lady once again, coinciding with the upcoming cast changes.

Caribbean Weekenders – $100 Off Offer
Virgin Voyages is offering $100 off select five-night or shorter Caribbean Weekender sailings from Miami this summer, perfect for a quick escape to vibrant destinations like the Dominican Republic and Mexico, with a stop at the exclusive Beach Club at Bimini. This offer is available for Valiant Lady voyages departing between June 2, 2024, and December 15, 2024, for XL Sea Terrace cabins and below, with this offer available until June 13, 2024.
DJ Testing at Richard’s Rooftop
Keen-eyed Rockstars noticed a trial DJ session at Richard’s Rooftop, the exclusive outdoor lounge for Rockstars, between 6 PM and 7 PM. If successful, this could lead to more events being hosted there. While the rooftop is usually a serene escape, it often becomes livelier around 5 PM during Richard’s Sunset Happy Hour.
