Take part in a foodie photo workshop as you learn to style, plate, and photograph your culinary creations. “Plate, Snap, Eat: Foodie Photo Workshop” is hosted by The Foodie and a member of the Happenings Cast, this event is perfect for those who love food as much as they love capturing the perfect shot for social media.
Event Details & Pricing
Plate Snap Eat is hosted by The Foodie, a passionate individual dedicated to all things culinary aboard the ship. Sailors can enjoy this experience for a nominal fee of $35 per person. Bar Tab cannot be used for this event, but Sailor Loot may be applied if available. The duration of the event is approximately 1.5 hours typically taking place mid morning on a sea day.
What to Expect
Join the workshop at Test Kitchen (Deck 6) for a step-by-step lesson in food styling and photography, designed to enhance both your culinary and social media skills. After creating two beautifully plated dishes, you’ll have the chance to enjoy them, along with two prepared delicacies from the Pink Agave menu.
Highlights Include:
- Plating Avocado Toast with garnish tips for the perfect food shot
- Photography tips including portrait and cinematic modes
- Foodie tips on the best way to prepare your food
- Styling macarons with cream and raspberries for that flawless photo
- Eating your creations plus enjoying additional dishes like Tuna Agua Chile and Corn from Pink Agave
- St Louis or similar bubbles is served and topped up throughout
How to Book
You can book Plate Snap Eat directly in the Virgin Voyages app once you board. Since spaces are limited to around 20 sailors, make sure to book early as it may only be offered once during your voyage.
