The Jack & Rosé Experience is an up-charge event inspired by the Titanic’s well-known love story. Sailors will get to go to two private crew only areas, the crew bosun bar and a private bow viewing area, with cocktails and curated photo moments along the way. This event may not be offered on all sailings.

Event Details & Pricing

The Jack & Rosé Experience is hosted by the Happenings Cast on Virgin Voyages. Sailors can join for a fee of $50 per person. Bar Tab cannot be used for this event, but Sailor Loot may be applied if available. The duration of the event is around 1.5 hours. This event is typically held mid afternoon on a sea day.

What to Expect

The event begins at The Roundabout where you’ll be led to a crew-only space on Deck 5, temporarily repurposed into a themed environment. From there, the group continues to a private area behind crew doors at the very front of Deck 8. This is a guided experience with storytelling, ambient music, and two themed cocktails – whisky or rosé options are available (speak to the host for any dietary requirements).

Note: Your phone is locked in Yondr pouches for the duration of the event and can’t also be used on Deck 8. Photos are taken using digital cameras and an Insta360 device, and will be shared afterwards.

I sail out of LA on April 12. I can’t wait to see if this will take place on our sailing. I’m in like Flynn if it is.

Currently on Brilliant Lady and went to Sailor Services to inquire about this event; however it is not offered during my sailing. Hopefully they will bring it to future sailing.

What is the dinner show IE; like its a ship show on Brilliant?

    1. Rob Sammons says:

This isn’t the dinner show, this is a separate event, Up with a Twist is the name of the dinner show (it’s paid for on Brilliant) https://vvinsider.com/on-board/event/up-with-a-twist/

Currently on BL and has not appeared on events list yet on the cruise down to Miami. Hopefully it gets added as the agenda has been changing daily.

Will this continue into the 2026 Alaska and Panama Canal cruises?

    1. Rob Sammons says:

It’s one of the new happenings only on Brilliant so we’d expect it to continue 🙂 Likely they will use this area at the front of the ship for some upcharge for Panama too
