The spa is a haven of tranquility, designed for guests seeking the ultimate in relaxation. The Thermal Suite offers an array of facilities designed to refresh and renew, including a mud room, salt room, sauna, steam room, hot and cold plunge pools, and heated marble hammam benches.
Your Redemption Journey
- Check-in: Upon arrival, you will be given soft robes and slippers. The staff will guide you to the towels and a selection of water options (sparkling, chilled, and fruit-infused). You’ll also receive a complimentary cup of nutrient-rich, skin-softening mud.
- Steam Room: Begin your journey in the steam room, where warm mist opens your pores in preparation for the treatments ahead.
- Salt Room: Move on to the salt room, a mid-temperature space filled with vaporized salt crystals to invigorate your skin.
- Mud Room: Next, head to the mud room, where you can apply the complimentary mud to your body. Equipped with tiled benches and showers, remember to use the cold-water hoses to rinse the benches for the next guests.
- Relax: Complete your journey in the relaxation area, which features a large mid-temperature pool (slightly cool), a warm dip pool, a cold-water plunge tub, a dry sauna, and heated marble flat beds.

Virgin Voyages offers three types of Spa Pass this will gain you access to the Thermal Suite. You can book directly on board.
- $59 for a port day for 3 hours
- $79 for a sea day for 3 hours
- $249 (5 days) $289 (6 days) and $319 (7 days) unlimited pass
Mega Rockstars receive unlimited access for the length of their journey and can show up at any time.
