Virgin Voyages’ ships sail from Miami for year round Caribbean sailings, Terminal V at PortMiami has become one of the line’s key American departure points. Whether you are new to sailing from South Florida or coming back for another Beach Club at Bimini day, here is everything you need to know about getting to and from the terminal.

Where You Can Sail

Virgin Voyages’ Miami itineraries cover much of the Caribbean region and beyond, including:

  • The Beach Club at Bimini private beaches, lagoon pools and turquoise water
  • Cozumel and Playa del Carmen reefs, cenotes and Mexican cuisine
  • Puerto Plata and San Juan on selected Eastern Caribbean sailings
  • Grand Cayman famously clear water and Seven Mile Beach
  • Key West, Roatan and more on select itineraries

Most Miami sailings are 4 or 5 night itineraries running all year, with longer Caribbean routes in the winter season. From this port you can reach the entire Caribbean region without changing ships.

Curious to know… at the airports in Florida disabled veterans are able to park for free with their disability license plate displayed on vehicle.
Might this also be true for port parking?

  2. Paula says:

I believe that Parking is now $25 a day.

      Thank you, updated 🙂

  3. Robert Taylor says:

Has the “Early Check-IN” been discontinued at Term V? It previously was available in the AM until noon – easy to drop bag(s) then go inside terminal (lower level?) to check-IN and get the bracelet. Then return at assigned time in PM and go to Security & boarding w/o standing in another line.

    1. Rob Sammons says:

Hey Robert, honestly not too sure as never actually arrived at the terminal that early but I believe they may still be doing it!

    2. Dan Woollams says:

We’re just off the Brilliant Lady Thanksgiving cruise, if you arrive early you can go into the terminal and check-in, they’ll also give you your wearable there and then so when you come back at your embarkation time you can skip the line inside the terminal and go straight to security.

      1. Rob Sammons says:

Thanks for confirming they still do this have updated the guide 🙂
