Virgin Voyages is welcoming the new year with the return of its popular Well-Being Season, a month-long celebration focused on health, fitness, and relaxation at sea. This January, sailors will embark on a journey of rejuvenation with a series of curated wellness experiences designed to kickstart the year.

For 2025, Virgin Voyages is introducing a new set of sailings, each offering a unique blend of wellness activities, spa treatments, fitness classes, and healthy dining. Whether you’re looking to energize your body, relax your mind, or simply indulge in some self-care, Well-Being Season provides the perfect setting for your wellness journey.  Last year’s season included a number of activities over 3 months, this year the season will be focused exclusively on January.

Wellness-Focused Experiences Onboard

All sailings during the Well-Being Season offer a range of activities and services designed to promote relaxation, fitness, and healthy living:

  • Complimentary Group Fitness Classes: Participate in high-energy workouts like HIIT, yoga, and spinning, or enjoy more relaxing sessions like mindfulness and posture classes. There will be additional classes to the standard Virgin Voyages always included fitness classes.
  • Healthy Menus: Dine on delicious, healthy dishes, including gluten-free and vegetarian options that focus on your overall well-being.
  • Wellness Workshops & Classes: Learn new strategies for a healthy lifestyle with sessions on nutrition, mindfulness, and more.
  • Personal Wellness Programs: Enjoy personalized treatments and activities tailored to your fitness goals, whether you’re looking to relax, recharge, or get active.
  • Spa-Focused Programming: Take advantage of MediSpa services, personal training sessions, and more to elevate your wellness experience.

This blend of always included Virgin Voyages classes and programming specifically designed for the Well-Being season will enable you to choose your own well-being experience. More details will be revealed in the months to come.

    Note that the Virgin Voyages website has under Specialty Cruises, Wellness cruises that go through March 2025. We booked one for March.

    Is the healthy food mean they are taking away any of the junk non-healthy stuff??? Ill be on Valiant Lady for the jan 8th sailing, but if theres not going to be junky food ill have to cancel HAHAHA except not kidding… im on vacation I dont want to be healthy! Just the food though, im excited for the rest!

      Don’t worry 😆 all the food will remain the same they’ll just highlight healthier options and potentially offer some additional items!
