Virgin Voyages has brought back its free Bar Tab offer, with up to $500 per cabin available on eligible sailings through July 9. Here’s everything you need to know, including a full breakdown of the eligible Bar Tab amounts.
Virgin Voyages has launched a new limited-time July Promotional Bar Tab Offer, giving eligible new bookings up to $500 in Bar Tab credit per cabin.
Because the promotion changes depending on when you book and the length of your voyage, we’ve broken down exactly what each booking window includes.
July Promotional Bar Tab Offer
The additional Bar Tab can be used during the voyage for drinks, including alcoholic drinks, specialty coffee, fresh juices, mocktails, and other premium beverages.
Unlike Sailor Loot, Bar Tab is specifically for drinks and cannot be used for general onboard spending such as spa treatments, Shore Things, or retail purchases.
Booking Window: 1 July 2026 to 9 July 2026 at 11:59pm ET (US East Coast local time)
The offer is split into two promotional periods:

Bar Tab Offer Explained
Base, Essential and Premium fare cabin bookings are eligible for this promotion. The highest Bar Tab amounts are available during the first booking window, from 1 July to 6 July 2026.
Panama Canal voyages keep the same Bar Tab amount across both booking windows. However, 10-night and 6 to 9-night voyages receive a lower amount from 7 July to 9 July.
Four and five-night voyages are only eligible during the first booking window. Voyages of three nights or less are not eligible at any point during this offer.
How This Offer Stacks
The July Promotional Bar Tab Offer can be combined with several other Virgin Voyages offers, including the 70% off second sailor and Balcony Upgrades Offer, Pay In Full Discount, My Next Virgin Voyage, Resident Rates, Military and First Responders rates, Exclusive Loot Program, Amenity Departure Dates Offer, eligible Groups programs, and Tour Operator agencies.
It is not combinable with Lock It In rates, reduced rate cabins, chartered sailings, Incentive Groups, Contracted Groups programs, or other excluded promotional offers.
Any unused Bar Tab is not redeemable for cash and is not refunded at the end of the voyage. It also cannot be transferred to another sailor or voyage.
Bookings made through VV Insider may also qualify for additional onboard credit on selected voyages where eligible.
