Resilient Lady Refresh Replaces Voyage Vinyl And The Den

Resilient Lady undergoes a soft refurb ahead of her Caribbean season, replacing Voyage Vinyl and The Den with refreshed spaces.

Resilient Lady has undergone a light refresh ahead of her winter Caribbean program, with Voyage Vinyl and The Den removed to make way for two updated spaces that align with the latest layouts already introduced on Brilliant Lady and Valiant Lady.

New Shore Things Hub At The Roundabout

Following the success of the dedicated shore things space on Brilliant Lady, Resilient Lady now features a similar area in the former Voyage Vinyl location. This new hub will serve as the main point for browsing and booking shore things, bringing destination experiences together in one place.

The red Chart Table remains but no longer acts as the main hub for shore things. Much of the existing layout stays in place, though the rainbow fins have been removed to open the room up, giving it a look closer to Brilliant Lady’s version. The space is nearly ready to welcome guests, with final touches still being completed. Vinyl records are still available on board, now found in the men’s wear section of High Street.

High Limits Casino Room Replaces The Den

Near the casino, the mixed use space previously known as The Den has been replaced by a High Limits style casino room, similar to the setup already found on Valiant Lady and shown on our page for The Den Casino.

This update ties in with Resilient Lady’s move into shorter 4 and 5 night voyages next year, alongside selected 7 night Caribbean sailings. The new configuration aligns her design more closely with the previously 4/5 night ship Valiant Lady. Pictured below on Valiant Lady, this space was not available for viewing for sailors yet.

Areas Remain On Other Ships

With these updates, Voyage Vinyl now remains on Scarlet Lady and Valiant Lady, while The Den continues on Scarlet Lady and Brilliant Lady. It is not yet confirmed if these areas will also be replaced or updated in the future.

Start Of The Caribbean Season

Resilient Lady docked at Terminal V in Miami today, marking the start of her winter Caribbean season. This also begins the first time all four Virgin Voyages ships will sail Caribbean waters at the same time.

I always thought The Den should be turned into an inside ‘lounge’ for Rockstars… particularly on Brilliant Lady which is doing colder climate voyages where Richard’s Rooftop is often unusable. Something akin to Celebrity’s Retreat… although perhaps’s it’s not big enough?

Agreed an indoor space would be ideal it’s fairly big overall

Thanks for keeping us updated with changes to the ships. I’ve been on Resilient Lady (Carousel Horses), and Scarlet Lady (Live, Live, Laugh, Breathe swings)… just wondering what Valiant Lady, and Brilliant Lady, have in these spaces?

Brilliant Lady has some hand drawn picture books and Valiant has recycled art, here’s a look at Brilliant https://vvinsider.com/brilliant-lady-complete-ship-tour-videos-pictures/
