Take a full first look at Up With a Twist, Brilliant Lady’s new French-inspired supper club blending fine dining and performance, created by Holly-Anne Devlin and Kaleidoscope Immersive.

Virgin Voyages has introduced a brand-new supper club experience on Brilliant Lady. Up With a Twist, created by Holly-Anne Devlin and Kaleidoscope Immersive, made its debut as the latest addition to the line’s Supper Club Series.

Taking inspiration from the glamour of the Roaring ‘20s, the performance pairs French-inspired dining with live music, couture fashion, and interactive storytelling. Guests are immersed in Lady Valentina’s Emporium of Excess, a surreal supper club setting where dancers, vocalists, and musicians put a contemporary twist on vintage classics.

The debut performance featured dazzling choreography, bold vocals, and a unique finale — with eight possible endings rotating to keep the experience fresh.

A French-Inspired Menu

The culinary side of Up With a Twist is just as central to the evening as the entertainment. Guests are served a curated menu with French influence, designed to complement the glamour of the show:

  • Herb Infused Brioche – served warm with maple syrup butter
  • Red Wine Poached Pear Salad (V) – fennel, watercress, herb goat cheese, champagne vinaigrette
  • Main Course Choice
    • Grilled Swordfish* (GF) – with ratatouille, caper, and tomato beurre blanc
    • Grilled Beef Tenderloin* – paired with French onion tart tatin and sauce Robert
  • Dessert
    • Passion Fruit Opera Cake (V) – with almonds, coffee, and chocolate
    • Croquembouche (V) – with spun sugar and pastry cream

Cocktails are woven into the evening, with highlights such as The Ingenue (Ketel One Vodka, mango, blueberry, lime, and ginger beer) and We’re All Mad Here (Zacapa 23 Rum, coffee liqueur, amaro, and orange bitters). Non-alcoholic options are also available, offering a similar flavor profile.

Pricing and Seating

Up With a Twist is priced at $50 per person, including drinks, and can only be booked on board. Guests choose from three seating tiers that shape the experience:

  • Tier 1 (Front Row Seating) – closest to the action
  • Tier 2 (Floor Seating) – surrounding the stage for an immersive view
  • Tier 3 (Balcony Seating) – a more relaxed vantage point with high stool
