Rum Explorers’ Club Launches at Loose Cannon

A new experience has launched quietly at Loose Cannon on Deck 7, the Rum Explorers’ Club. This immersive mini-program invites travelers to collect a Rum Ration Card from the bartender and sample five unique rums. Whether neat, in a mojito, or old fashioned, each rum unlocks a stamp on your card. Once all five have been tasted, a surprise reward is offered. This new addition enhances Loose Cannon’s laid-back appeal and gives sailors an excuse to return each evening to work through the list. Ask the bartender how to join in and start your rum journey.

Pink Agave Set for Menu Refresh

Pink Agave, Virgin Voyages’ elevated Mexican dining venue, is preparing for its first major menu update since launching in 2021. This was revealed during a food and beverage talk on the Celebration Voyage, with a timeframe of six to twelve months for rollout. Pink Agave has remained a favorite onboard, but many have noticed its offerings haven’t changed since the line’s inception. Following recent updates to Extra Virgin’s menu fleetwide and a confirmed refresh for Gunbae in July, Pink Agave’s update is now on the horizon.

The Galley Introduces Rotating Menu B

Virgin Voyages has introduced a rotating system at The Galley with the addition of “Menu B.” Alternating with the original “Menu A,” this second menu brings new variety and flavor to the ship’s quick-service hub. Highlights include pad thai at Noodle Around and the transformation of Let’s Taco Bout It into “Feta Late Than Hungry,” a Greek-inspired option. You’ll also find updated desserts, salads and paninis across the other stalls. Menu B isn’t fixed to specific dates, so it’s best to ask crew members which version is running during which day of your voyage.

‘Wine Not Take Me Home’ Event Debuts

Virgin Voyages is giving sailors a new way to use up any remaining Bar Tab or Sailor Loot: a last-night wine sale dubbed Wine Not Take Me Home. Also occasionally listed as Wine Not Bring Me Home, this relaxed pop-up takes place around 7pm on the final evening of your sailing, usually in the Grounds Club on Deck 7. There’s no need to book ahead — just stop by and browse a curated selection of wines from the onboard cellar. With many bottles available to take ashore, it’s a fitting final toast to your voyage, and a chance to bring a taste of Virgin home with you.
