Meet your Eighth Happenings Cast on Valiant Lady
With new faces and fan favorites like Michie, Alejandro and Faith returning you can find the eighth Valiant Lady Happenings Cast on board from September 4th 2024.
The seventh Happenings Cast will be perfectly suited to help guide and entertain sailors as Valiant continues to be docked in Miami to perform regular sailings to Bimini. Happenings Cast 9 includes some fan favorites returning including, Michie, Alejandro & Faith.
This cast are already on board for rehearsals and will take over fully from cast 7 on September 4th 2024 until February 14th 2025.
What is the Happenings Cast?
The conventional cruise director position on cruise ships experiences a lively evolution aboard Virgin Voyages ships with the introduction of “The Happenings Cast” – a diverse group of 12 individuals who offer entertainment, assistance, and additional services for sailors.
Farewell to Cast 7
The seventh Happenings Cast bid farewell to sailors via a showcase of social media posts and stories. With some familiar faces with a number of fans on social media including Kara Kature, Ty, Lydia and Ryan

This Happenings Cast are well geared to make sure the guests have a great time as she sets sail on regular 4-5 night sailings in the Caribbean. With some familiar faces plus the addition new talent from both sea and shore.

Michie: The Hostess (Replacing Lydia)
Michie, a singer, actor and dancer from Venezuela, has been with Virgin Voyages since 2021 helping to launch Scarlet Lady, she is a popular favorite having finished multiple contracts with the brand. Most recently featuring on the eigth Scarlet Lady cast! Look out for Michie on Scarlet Night at The Octopus Garden & launching the latest hostess show “Love Love Love with The Hostess” to Valiant Lady.
Martina Brookshire: The Diva (Replacing Kara Kature)
Martina Brookshire is returning to Virgin Voyages after a few years on land. She has starred in the popular Drag Show “Camp Wannakiki” as well as numerous performances in Las Vegas. You can find Martina at Around the World with the Diva and Bingo with the Diva.

“Big” Lew: The Gamer (Replacing Sabrina)
“Big Lew” is a brand new gamer on board from the UK following auditions in Boston. Lew has been chronically his journey on his Instagram. Look out for “The Gamer” hosting Last One Standing, Risky Quizness & more in the Social Club.
Nimai: The Charmer
Returning to Virgin Voyages for the first time since 2022 comes Nimai from Seattle. He regularly performs in Las Vegas with a focus on close-up magic, illusions, and mentalism. You can find ‘The Charmer’ at Tips & Tricks during Afternoon Tea as well as his own secret shows throughout the voyage.

Naja is a new Artist on board Virgin Voyages bringing their artistic flair to Valiant Lady. You can find ‘The Artist’ at events such as Painting with Boozy Bevies as well as the painting segment of the Seahorse Race.
Dwayne: The Balancer (Replacing Alonso/AJ)
Dwayne is a fitness professional from Philadelphia previously from Sesame Place. You can find ‘The Balancer’ at events such as Zumba and Game On.

Alejandro: The Spark (Replacing Ty)
Fan favorite Alejandro, the Spark known for his high fashion and flare returns once again to Valiant Lady. Meet Kelsey, the Glow. She’s a performer from Massachusetts, she has performed at Universal Orlando, Walt Disney World & SeaWorld. Find ‘The Glow’ at events like We Fancy and helping Michie launch the new Love Love Love with the Hostess show.
Lewis: The Hype (Replacing Palash)
Lewis is a musical theater actor from Milton Keynes, UK recently performing in multiple pantomimes around the UK. Lewis is new to Virgin Voyages. You can find ‘The Hype’ hosting multiple events throughout the ship!

Get to Know your Happenings Cast
The Happenings Cast onboard the Virgin Voyages cruise ships are often the life and soul of your cruise vacation. The cast will be sailing between September 4th 2024 until February 14th 2025, if you have booked during this time frame be sure to reach out to the cast on board.
Many sailors find interacting with the cast on social media is a great way to get to know them and some cast members share hints, tips and event times on their stories. The cast are there not only to entertain but also guide you accordingly to help plan out activities on board.
