Virgin Voyages has launched up to $1,000 Instant Savings alongside 70% Off a Second Sailor for bookings made in September & October 2026.
Virgin Voyages has launched a new Instant Savings Event, offering up to $1,000 in additional savings alongside the existing 70% Off a Second Sailor promotion.
The updated promotion begins on 1 September 2026 and runs through 2 November 2026. It replaces the Free Balcony Upgrade offer, which ends on 31 August.
The amount of Instant Savings depends on the length of the voyage and cabin category. The largest $1,000 saving is available on Mega RockStar Suites on voyages of 14 nights or longer.
- 70% Off a Second Sailor: Available on eligible bookings through 2 November 2026
- Instant Savings: Save between $25 and $1,000 depending on voyage length and cabin category
- Booking window: 1 September through 2 November 2026
Both parts of the promotion apply to eligible non-charter, open-for-sale revenue voyages across the Virgin Voyages fleet. Cabin, fare and availability rules apply.
Booking times are based on US East Coast local time.
What the New Virgin Voyages Offer Includes
The September Virgin Voyages promotion combines two discounts:
- 70% off a second Sailor on eligible cabins
- Up to $1,000 Instant Savings based on voyage length and cabin category
The Instant Savings portion is applied directly to the cruise fare. Sailors do not need to claim onboard credit or complete a separate redemption.
Bookings made through VV Insider may also qualify for additional onboard credit on selected voyages where eligible.
Virgin Voyages Instant Savings Explained
Instant Savings are based on both the length of the voyage and the cabin category booked. Longer voyages receive larger discounts. Mega RockStar Suites also receive the highest savings within each voyage length.

For example, a Sea Terrace booked on a seven-night voyage receives $100 in Instant Savings. The same cabin on a voyage of 14 nights or longer receives $200.
Meanwhile, a Mega RockStar Suite receives $500 on a six to nine-night voyage. That increases to $1,000 on voyages of 14 nights or longer.
70% Off a Second Sailor
Virgin Voyages is also continuing its 70% Off Second Sailor promotion through 2 November 2026. Under the offer, Virgin Voyages gives each Sailor in an eligible cabin a total discount equal to 35% off their retail base voyage fare.
That means when two Sailors share an eligible cabin, both Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 receive 35% off their voyage fare.
If four Sailors share one eligible cabin, all four Sailors receive the same 35% reduction.

Can the Virgin Voyages Offers Be Combined?
Yes. The Instant Savings and 70% Off Second Sailor discounts form part of the same promotional offer and are applied together on eligible bookings.
The 70% Off Second Sailor offer may also be combined with several other Virgin Voyages programs, subject to their individual terms. These can include:

- Resident Rates
- Military and First Responders rates
- Sail Forward Loot from VV Insider
Combinability can vary between promotions and fare types. Therefore, the final price shown for an eligible booking should be used when comparing offers.

Virgin Voyages says the Instant Savings Event is available across all four Lady Ships and every itinerary, subject to normal eligibility and availability rules.

- Regions: Caribbean, North America, Mediterranean, repositioning and transatlantic itineraries
The promotion applies to eligible non-charter, open-for-sale revenue voyages.
Not every cabin or fare will be available on every voyage. Prices and cabin availability can also change as cabins are sold.
