Virgin Voyages has opened its Wave 2026 offer early, bringing 80% off a second sailor and up to $400 in free drinks on select cabins. Available across most open Virgin Voyages sailings through 2027, this looks set to be one of the strongest offers of the year for anyone planning a cruise.

What Wave Season Means
Wave Season is the period at the start of the year when many cruise lines launch strong booking offers. It usually covers sailings that are already on sale for the next year or two and it often includes peak dates. Because demand is high and cabins can move quickly, early Wave deals are often used to lock in preferred ships, routes and cabin types before prices shift.
80% Off for a Second Sailor
Under the Wave 2026 offer, Virgin Voyages is providing 80% off the voyage fare for a second sailor when two people sail together in the same eligible cabin. The discount applies as a 40% reduction to both sailor 1 and sailor 2 fares. If four people share a cabin, all four receive 40% off their voyage fare.

The Wave 2026 offer also includes a free drinks Bar Tab for selected cabin categories. The value of the Bar Tab depends on the length of the voyage and the type of cabin booked. RockStar Suites and eligible Sea Terrace cabins receive varying amounts, while Lock It In fares, Sea View and Insider cabins do not qualify for the drinks credit.
