24/7 Room Service
During your cruise, you’ll have access to Ship Eats, the onboard room service. In this guide, we’ll walk you through what Ship Eats offers and how to make the most of it.
Ship Eats (Room Service) is available 24/7 ending at midnight on disembarkation day. You can order directly in the app to your cabin or very select venues on the ship.
Delivery Charge
Ship Eats is included in your cruise fare excluding the delivery charge. While Rockstars and Mega Rockstars get free delivery, there’s a $10 fee for Sailors. However, this fee is waived with any purchase from Ship Eats, so consider adding a drink (such as $5 orange juice) to your order to save on delivery costs.
Note: Drinks will come from your Bar Tab if you have one.
Pre-Order Breakfast
For added convenience, you can pre-order breakfast up to 2 am for delivery between 5 am and 11 am. This is especially handy on port days when you want to eat before heading out for an excursion. Just note that breakfast isn’t available on disembarkation day.
Smart Delivery
Ship Eats uses a smart delivery system with reusable containers in a sealed dry bag, making it easy to carry and store your food. You can track your order’s progress on the Virgin Voyages app and receive notifications when it’s delivered to your cabin.
Menu
Ship Eats offers a range of meals, from simple snacks like Gummy Bears to heartier options like New York Strip or Charcuterie Plates. You can also order drinks to your cabin, including alcohol and soft drinks, all delivered in sealed cans or bottles.
