Ship Eats: Virgin Voyages’ room service offers diverse meals and drinks, with a small delivery fee. Pre-order breakfast is also available.
24/7 Room Service
During your cruise, you’ll have access to Ship Eats, the onboard room service. In this guide, we’ll walk you through what Ship Eats offers and how to make the most of it.
Ship Eats (Room Service) is available 24/7 ending at midnight on disembarkation day. You can order directly in the app to your cabin or very select venues on the ship.
Delivery Charge
Ship Eats is included in your cruise fare excluding the delivery charge.
- Sailors must pay $10 delivery. However, if your order includes paid items totaling up to $10 or more, the delivery fee will be waived.
- Rockstars and Mega Rockstars get free delivery.
Note: Consider adding drinks rather than paying the delivery fee. Drinks will come from your Bar Tab if you have one.
Pre-Order Breakfast
For added convenience, you can pre-order breakfast up to 2 am for delivery between 5 am and 11 am. This is especially handy on port days when you want to eat before heading out for an excursion. Just note that breakfast isn’t available on disembarkation day.
Smart Delivery
Ship Eats uses a smart delivery system with reusable containers in a sealed dry bag, making it easy to carry and store your food. You can track your order’s progress on the Virgin Voyages app and receive notifications when it’s delivered to your cabin.
Menu
Ship Eats offers a range of meals, from simple snacks like Gummy Bears to heartier options like New York Strip or Charcuterie Plates. You can also order drinks to your cabin, including alcohol and soft drinks, all delivered in sealed cans or bottles.
Breakfast Menu (from 5am – 11am):
- Scrambled: Scrambled eggs with chives, yukon gold potato, roasted tomatoes, choice of: Bacon, Bangers & Smoked Salmon
- Carbo-Dazzle: Nutella stuffed French toast with roasted banana, whipped cream, maple syrup, choice of: bacon, bangers & smoked salmon
- Energizer: Egg white frittata with sautéed spinach, mushrooms, roasted tomatoes
- Fresh Fruit & Berries: Chef’s selection with house-made date & almond protein bar
- Grains & Cereals: Choice of: Oatmeal, Granola, Muesli, Corn Flakes, Rice Krispies
- Fresh From Our Bakery: Various bread options, croissants, muffins, pastries
- Milk & Yogurt: Regular, Skim, Half & Half, Plain Yogurt
- Jam: Strawberry, Grape, Orange Marmalade
- Condiments: Sugar, Sugar in the raw, Splenda, Honey, Lemon, Butter
Food Menu (from 11am – 5am):
- Starters:
- Chicken Noodle Soup
- Little Gem Wedge Salad with Blue cheese dressing, bacon, roasted garlic bread crumbs
- Braised Polpettine with San Marzano tomato, smoked mozzarella, pancetta
- Beet Hummus with Quinoa Lavosh
- Charcuterie & Cheese Plate featuring assorted meats and cheeses
- Mains:
- Roasted Cauliflower Steak with pickled fresno chili, pomegranate seeds, vadouvan tahini
- Cheddar Cheeseburger with Sesame seed bun, lettuce, tomato, onion, chips
- Pappardelle Al Ragu with Bolognese, parmigiano reggiano
- Slow Roasted Striped Bass (gf) with Mole verde, salsa de xoconostle
- Roasted Chicken Breast with Wild mushroom sauce, asparagus, marble potatoes
- Grilled New York Strip with Caramelized onion, potato, brussel sprouts, steak sauce
- Snacks:
- Combination of popcorn, chocolate-covered pretzels, gummy bears, trail mix
- Desserts:
- White chocolate coated confetti cake pop
- Blueberry – Green Tea Vegan Cheesecake with Pistachio crust, lemon “cream”
- Red Velvet Cookie Cake with Smooth cream cheese frosting
Drinks Menu:
- Various coffee and tea options.
- Fresh Orange Juice.
- Selection of wines, cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
