Meet the First Happenings Cast on Brilliant Lady
Meet the returning performers of Brilliant Lady’s Happenings Cast, appearing on board from September 2025 through February 2026.
With Brilliant Lady’s first sailings now on the horizon and the leading ladies already revealed, anticipation is building for Virgin Voyages’ newest ship. Alongside her inaugural voyages comes a wave of brand-new entertainment, with hints of fresh experiences and revamped favorites tailored to Brilliant Lady’s unique itineraries. Virgin Voyages are yet to officially announce new Happenings Events onboard, we do already know that some signature moments – like Scarlet Night – are being adapted for cooler climate sailings (with the icon pool party still going ahead where weather allows).
Virgin Voyages has chosen an all-returning Happenings Cast for Brilliant Lady’s first season, bringing together a group of familiar faces from across the fleet.
Voyage Hosts
Appearing in their own shows and helping host the voyage, the Hostess and Diva play a central role in the Happenings Cast.
Michie: The Hostess (January 4th 2026 – March 21st 2026)
Michie, a singer, actor and dancer from Venezuela, has been with Virgin Voyages since 2021 helping to launch Scarlet Lady, she is a popular favorite having finished multiple contracts with the brand. Look out for Michie during Love Love Love & Scarlet Night at The Octopus Garden. Michie is on for a limited time during cast 1 and 2 due to Abi’s early holiday.
Abi: The Hostess (September 5th 2025 – January 4th 2026)
Abi Gold has been with Virgin Voyages since before Scarlet Lady set sail in 2020, making her the only performer to debut in the opening Happenings Cast on every ship. Abi was part of the line-up until January 4th 2026 to head on an early vacation!
She’s helped launch, Scarlet Lady (2021), Valiant Lady (2022), Resilient Lady (2023) and now Brilliant Lady, completing the fleet.
After a recent stint in Mamma Mia on Royal Caribbean, Abi returns this summer to perform Love, Love, Love with The Hostess, plus plenty of pop-up appearances on board.
Dixie: The Diva
Dixie Krystals, a seasoned drag performer with over 25 years of experience, joined Virgin Voyages in early 2024 and quickly made waves with Lights Camera Drag.
Having performed at Disney World, with Princess Cruise Lines, and featured on Generation Drag (Discovery Plus), Dixie now brings a brand-new country drag show, The Diva Goes West, to Brilliant Lady, showcasing her trademark vocals, comedy, and versatility.
Expect show-stopping moments and fabulous energy from Dixie as The Diva. You can also find The Diva at Bingo with The Diva, The Diva Goes West and other events around the ship!
Aficionados
These members are the experts in their field hosting everything from Trivia to Food Workshops to Magic Shows.
Big Lew: The Gamer
A popular favorite from the UK, “Big Lew” was previously on board as part of the eighth Valiant Lady Happenings Cast, he returns to the brand to launch Brilliant Lady, bringing out sailor’s competitive side and keep the fun rolling. You can find The Gamer at the Seahorse Race, and at game shows like the Last One Standing & Risky Quizness.

Oscar: The Charmer
With several contracts under his belt, Oscar from London, returns to bring his charm and magic flair to the latest lady ship. You can find The Charmer at The Charmers Lounge, Tips & Tricks during Afternoon Tea as well as their own secret shows 🤫 throughout the voyage.

Naja: The Artist
A returning Happenings Cast member from the eighth Valiant Lady cast, Naja brings creativity to life at sea. You can find The Artist at events such as Live Life Colorfully, Painting & Boozy Bevvies as well as the painting segment of the Seahorse Race.
Faith: The Foodie
A familiar face to those who have previously sailed on Scarlet Lady or Valiant Lady, Faith has a massive passion for food and is a natural fit for the foodie. You can find The Foodie at events such as Dip It Real Good, Shot for Shot & other selected Food & Drink events across the ship.
Dwayne: The Balancer
Returning from the eight Valiant Lady Happenings Cast, Dwayne from Philadelphia will help you keep your sea days balanced with fun and fitness. Look out for tips from The Balancer at events such as VHS Workout, Zumba and Game On.
Influencers and Dancers
These members are the vibrant faces seen across Virgin Voyages social channels, ensuring every event is lively and engaging.
Katie: The Spark
Previously in the fourth Resilient Lady Happenings Cast, Katie is a dancer and model from Florida. Katie will be lighting up various events across Brilliant Lady. You can find Katie The Spark hosting multiple events across the ship!

Elise from Orlando is returning from the eighth Happenings Cast on Scarlet Lady. She is your go-to for keeping the party alive. Look out for The Glow hosting a number of events around the ship.

Amanda: The Flare
Returning to Virgin Voyages is Amanda, The Flare following her recent contracts last year. She’s a performer and dancer from Florida. Look for The Flare in popular shows like Love Love Love and hosting events around the ship. Note: Dulci kick started this cast until October 2nd.
Luis: The Hype
Luis is returning to Virgin Voyages to help launch the brand’s fourth Brilliant Lady. You can look out for The Hype hosting multiple events across the ship!
Dorisa: The Bounce
Returning from the eighth Happenings Cast on Valiant Lady. Look out for The Bounce hosting multiple events across the ship!
