Meet Happenings Cast 3 on Brilliant Lady
Brilliant Lady’s third Happenings Cast takes over from July 16, 2026. Sailors can expect a mix of returning fan favorites alongside new performers and hosts appearing in shows, social events, and experiences across the ship.
For those sailing in the next few months look out for the next Happenings Cast on Brilliant Lady. An ensemble of 12 individuals provide entertainment, guidance, and more throughout the voyage known as the Happenings Cast.
Brilliant Lady’s third Happenings Cast will take over from 16 July 2026 through 4th February 2027, continuing the ship’s first Alaska season with a mix of returning Virgin Voyages favorites and new faces. The cast will initially help run the Alaska Happenings Events that launched when the season began in May, before the schedule returns to standard non-Alaska Happenings events after Brilliant Lady’s Vancouver to Los Angeles repositioning voyage on 11 September 2026.
Virgin Voyages has also introduced additional Alaska-focused Happenings Cast roles for the season, but these are specialist, transient roles that sit separately from the core 12-person Happenings Cast listed below.

Voyage Hosts
Appearing in their own shows and helping host the voyage, the Hostess and Diva play a central role in the Happenings Cast.
Michie: The Hostess
Michie returns to Brilliant Lady as The Hostess, having been part of Brilliant’s 2nd Happenings Cast before Abi The Hostess led the Los Angeles, Seattle MerMaiden and first Alaska sailings. A singer, actor and dancer from Venezuela, Michie has been with Virgin Voyages since 2021 and helped launch Scarlet Lady. Look out for The Hostess on Scarlet Night at The Octopus Garden, at Love Love Love with The Hostess and across Brilliant Lady’s Happenings schedule.

Roxanne: The Diva
Roxanne Stone Duh joins Brilliant Lady as The Diva. A Denver-based drag performer, Roxanne brings headline-host energy, glamor and quick wit to the role. The winner of Denver Drag Olympics Season 3 and hailed as Denver’s “Premiere Lithuanian Queen”, Roxanne promises to be great fit for The Diva role on board Brilliant Lady. You can find The Diva at Bingo with The Diva, The Diva Goes West and other headline events around the ship.

Aza: The Gamer
Azantia, a dancer, model and actor from the USA is joining Brilliant Lady as The Gamer. Making her Virgin Voyages debut, she will be bringing competitive energy and crowd work to the ship’s game shows and Social Club moments. You can find The Gamer at the Seahorse Race, Last One Standing and Risky Quizness.
JoJo: The Charmer
JoJo joins Brilliant Lady as The Charmer, bringing magic, comedy and interactive performance to the voyage. You can find The Charmer at The Charmers Lounge, Tips & Tricks during Afternoon Tea and secret shows throughout the voyage.
Mecca: The Foodie
Mecca joins as The Foodie. Frequent Sailors may recognize Mecca, having previously starred in the cast of The Miss Behave Show on board Virgin Voyages, she will be returning to the brand for her first engagement as part of The Happenings Cast. Guiding sailors through some of Brilliant Lady’s most social food and drink events, you can find The Foodie at Shot for Shot and selected Food and Drink events across the ship.

Verena: The Artist
Verena returns to Virgin Voyages as The Artist, bringing creativity and hands-on workshop energy back to the Happenings Cast. Verena is a familiar face and fan favorite, having been a member of a number of previous Happenings Casts across the Virgin Voyages fleet. We believe this now makes Verena the first artist to have sailed all four ships! Sailors who enjoy the ship’s more creative sessions can find The Artist at Live Life Colorfully, Painting and Boozy Bevvies and the painting segment during the Seahorse Race.

Steven: The Balancer
Steven also returns as The Balancer, having previously appeared in Happenings Cast roles across the fleet including Valiant Lady and Scarlet Lady. Expect fitness, movement and wellbeing-led events with a social Virgin Voyages twist. Look out for tips from The Balancer at events such as VHS Workout, Zumba and Game On.

Mya: The Glow
Mya joins Brilliant Lady as The Glow. Sailors may recognize Mya from previous Happenings engagements on both Valiant and Resilient Lady. Bringing bright presence, movement and stage confidence to the ship’s biggest moments. Look out for The Glow hosting a number of events around the ship.

Luis returns to Brilliant Lady as The Hype after helping launch the ship as part of the inaugural cast. Bringing big crowd energy and a performer’s presence to the voyage, Luis will be helping keep Brilliant Lady’s Alaska season lively across the ship. You can look out for The Hype hosting multiple events on board.

Dorisa: The Flare
Dorisa returns to Brilliant Lady as The Flare after being part of the ship’s inaugural Happenings Cast and previously appearing in Valiant Lady’s eighth Happenings Cast. A performer and dancer from New York, Dorisa brings style, movement and sparkle to the ship’s biggest moments. Look for The Flare in popular shows like Love Love Love and hosting events around the ship.
Andrei: The Bounce
Andrei returns to Virgin Voyages in the role of The Bounce, bringing several contracts of Happenings Cast experience with him. A stunt performer who has previously appeared on We’re Here, Andrei is a major fan favorite and well placed for high-energy hosting and movement-led moments throughout the voyage. Look out for The Bounce hosting multiple events across the ship.

A Farewell to the Previous Cast
With the transition to the next Happenings Cast, the previous cast are saying goodbye to ship life for now after helping lead Brilliant Lady through major milestone sailings including the Panama Canal crossing, Los Angeles MerMaiden, Seattle MerMaiden and the start of the Alaska season.
