Virgin Voyages is introducing new dining experiences, including Mediterranean options at The Galley, updated menus at The Dock, and ongoing seasonal menu changes across the fleet.

Last week, we covered the launch of Rojo by Razzle Dazzle — a new Spanish-inspired evening concept debuting on Brilliant Lady. But Rojo is just one of several food and dining updates being introduced across the Virgin Voyages fleet.

From confirmed dinner shows to rotating menus and upcoming dry dock plans, here’s a roundup of what’s new or rumored.

Dozens of New Dishes Coming

Virgin Voyages has announced that dozens of new dishes will be introduced across the fleet in the coming months. These will be spread across several of the existing restaurants, with the first changes landing in late spring and summer.

  • Extra Virgin is scheduled to receive its updated menu that will have unique items on each ship in May 2025
  • Gunbae will follow with new dishes rolling out in July 2025 starting with Eat & Drink Festival
  • The Wake & Pink Agave should have additional items also rolled out but this is unconfirmed at this time

While the full list of items hasn’t been shared, the updates reflect a wider refresh effort across core dining venues to improve satisfaction for repeat sailors.

The Galley Introduces Greek Options

Already rolled out, The Galley has added to its lunch lineup with a new section titled Feta Late Than Hungry, bringing Mediterranean flavors to the quick-service venue on Virgin Voyages ships.

These new options are now available on select days from Let’s Taco Bout It. The updated menu includes:

  • Cod Souvlaki (gf) – Grilled cod served with red bell peppers, onions, and a yogurt olive oil sauce.
  • Falafel (v) –  A vegetarian choice with whole wheat pita, feta salad, and garlic sauce.
  • Roasted Beef Gyro – Whole wheat pita filled with roasted beef, mint, and feta.

The Galley also continues to rotate selections more regularly, with subtle seasonal changes and ongoing tweaks.

New Food Coming to The Dock

The Dock and Dock House are known for their relaxed setting, small Mediterranean-style plates, and popular Opa Hour in the afternoon, The Dock is expected to see an all-new menu launch — confirmed as part of the Brilliant Lady preview. No further information on these changes has been provided yet with readers encouraged to stay tuned.

It hasn’t been formally announced for the other ships yet, but it’s possible the menu changes could extend across the fleet.

Razzle Dazzle to Evolve Ship by Ship

Virgin Voyages CEO Nirmal Saverimuttu recently shared in an interview that Razzle Dazzle will continue to be a more flexible concept across the fleet, acting as the base name for varied evening concepts on each ship.

  • Scarlet Lady has already debuted Lucky Lotus back in November 2024.
  • Valiant Lady will likely debut its updated version of Razzle Dazzle during dry dock in May 2026.
  • Resilient Lady is expected to follow in 2027, though the exact timing hasn’t been confirmed
  • Brilliant Lady will debut in September 2025 with Rojo, a Spanish-style dining experience.

Each ship will offer its own unique take on the evening dining experience, while continuing to use Razzle Dazzle as the umbrella identity.

Up With A Twist: A New Dinner Show Experience

Debuting with Brilliant Lady, Up With A Twist is a newly confirmed dinner show set in a 1920s-style supper club. It combines live music, fashion-forward performance, and a multi-course meal — designed as a full night out, rather than a traditional theatre-style show. It’s unclear if this will be a paid for option like Another Rose.

We are on Resilient now and there are a few additions to the menus. Razzle Dazzle has the best steak now on the ship too in our opinion. Menu c at test kitchen is best of the three too. We have sailed 5 times on different ships in 2 years and not much has changed in menus just odd things so is due an overhaul.

We found the galley food amazing as well, more so this time. The beef Wellington was by far the best meal on the ship!

I’ve heard the new steaks very good trying to get the updated menu with that one! Will give it a go next time 😀

  2. Laura says:

Glad they are evolving for repeat customers.I hope they will also keep offering vevetarian/ vegan options. I also hope they have a closer look at especially at their Draught House, The Loose Cannon & The Dock non and low alcoholic cider, pale ale, ipa and (craft) beer options. There are so ma y opyions available and they on sone cruises only have Heineken 0.0 %. I wish they took a proper look outside of the major brands. Also diveraify for the British sailings (to or from) there is more interest there for all tbings cider & hop related.

  3. Peter says:

Better late than never, most of the menus are still the same as on my first cruise with them in 2023. Would have been nice if they had the menus ready for this year, now I’ll end up having the same menu for the fifth time in May
